Graduation is a milestone that deserves to be remembered. We specialize in graduation photography, capturing the pride and joy of this significant achievement. Check out our graduation gallery to see how we commemorate these special moments.

March 2026 Graduation
Stage Photos: We will take photos of all students that will be walking across the stage receiving their degree. Photographers will then edit and renumber all those photos. Admin staff will then identify all students; upload each student’s photos on our website and the link would get emailed. We will make use of the email address/es which the University have of the student.
Family/Individual Photos: No need for booking. We work with a first come - first serve basis. These photos will be taken in the Sport Science building (Spele Saal). Package is R500 and consists of 6 digital images. These 6 digital images will be in high- resolution and not printed photos. There will also be an outside venue on the left hand side of the Graduation Hall. Two packages available; either R500 for 6 digitals or R300 for 4 digital images.
Academic attire - University will send out emails regarding that.
December 2025 Graduation
Stellenbosch University Graduation Photos are currently being edited to improve colour, exposure etc., at the same time the photos are being Identified by our admin staff with lists provided by the University. This process does take some time and I am sure you are wanting to see your photos.
Update 02/01/2026 - Identification of Stage Photos is almost Done and we will then start loading individual photos. Family Photos will be sent out as received from the photographers, we will start uploading on Monday 05/01/2026(Family Photos).
The Gradmania sale is now stopped, if you have purchased this sale do not worry we have the details we need to send out your photos by comparing our list with the university lists. Thank you and have a prosperous new year.
Update 20/01/2026 - Stage Photos is almost done with the editing process, we will start uploading Stage Photos from Session 1 on 24/01/2026. Family Photos has mostly been uploaded we are just waiting on 2 more Photographers to send their edited photos and then we willupload them as we receive them.
Update 04/03/2026 - Stage Photos is being uploaded currently and is 60% done, should you have an urgent request please send an email to [email protected]
